Good team performance.
Starting strong from the whistle, Ellon, whose squad was an even mix of U15 and U16, but numbered 20 in total, scored early through Ryan Hanton, and then three more tries to make it 26-0 after 16 minutes. Ross Sutherland made the most of some loose play by Ellon to score through the running of their Caley U16 player Struan Bowman. Two more tries to Ellon made the half time score 38-5.
Second half started even quicker with a score from Ellon kick off, regathering the ball and Oren Leslie scoring. 3 more tries for Ellon, before Bowman managed one more for Ross Sutherland. Ellon finished off with 2 more ties for a final score of 67-12.
