With July upon us and training for most of our older age groups commencing either this week or next, it is also time for everyone to renew their club membership.

Membership for the 2026–27 season is now available via the Club website:

A small increase has been applied to several membership categories to reflect the rising costs associated with delivering the training, playing opportunities, facilities and member benefits provided by the Club.

Key Information
1. Match Fees Included
As introduced last season, all player match fees remain included within the annual membership cost. No additional charges will be applied throughout the season in order to play for the Club.

2. Player Kit Provision
Thanks to the continued support of our sponsors and kit suppliers:

• All new youth and senior players will receive a Macron ¼-zip jersey upon payment of their membership.
• All new junior players will also receive Macron match shorts as part of their membership.
• ¼-zips should be worn for pre- and post-match activities.
• Junior players should wear the Club match shorts for all matches.

3. Early-Bird Discount
Most membership categories are available at a discounted rate if purchased before 31 August 2026.
For added flexibility, instalment payment options are available for the majority of membership types.

4. Full Membership Benefits
To access the full range of Club benefits, you must hold a FULL membership.
Benefits available only to FULL members include:

• Voting rights at Club meetings
• Eligibility to apply for international match tickets

Please note that parents of child members are not automatically FULL members. Full details of the benefits associated with each membership category can be found in the guidance document.

5. Code of Conduct
We expect all members, players and supporters to uphold the Club’s Code of Conduct. A copy is attached for reference.
By renewing your membership, or joining the Club for the first time, you will be required to confirm your agreement to abide by the Code of Conduct.

6. Membership Options

• Playing – senior: for any player over 16 years old - see also playing – senior (other).
• Playing – senior (other): for any male player training/playing only for the Bears (aged >35), training/playing a restricted season (by agreement) or any female adult player training, but with no regular games scheduled.
• Family: for up to 2 parents/guardians as full members and up to 4 children as playing members (aged under 16).
• Non-playing (social): for any non-playing adult.
• Coach membership: the minimum membership required to be a coach at the Club.
• Playing – youth: for secondary school children in the U13 to U16 age groups.
• Playing – junior: for primary school children in the P4 to P7 age groups.
• Playing - mini/maxi: for primary school children: mini: age 4 to P1; maxi: P2 and P3 age groups.
• Playing - Rugby Rascals: Pre-school children from age 2 or 3 to age 4 (anti-pre).
