The first 20 minutes the team had a great start and drove the opposition back great a few chances, however after numerous offside infringements at the breakdown Highland scored. This led to Highland stepping up a gear and scoring twice more before half time. 0 –19 at half time. Ellon were the first to score in the second half as Daniel Hook gathered the ball at his own 10 m line and ran a try in from distance. Highland finished the stronger team, running in 4 more tries to finish the game 5 – 48. There is now a two week break from games and some more training to do, before an away trip to beatable Dunfermline. Adam Krasjak should be back from injury then also.
