No Game for the first XV last weekend as the season has finished, however other in their league still played. With Shetland beating Lochaber, things don’t look good for Lochaber. They are bottom by 1 point, but need to beat Ross Sutherland Saturday to stay up.
Highland second XV look like gaining promotion to Caledonia 2 N where Ellon play, while Mackie look like coming down from Caledonia 1.

Meanwhile Ellon U18 missed out at the Shield Final against Perthshire. Beaten convincingly 5 57 by a strong team. The U15 playing in the Shield also, played Dunfermline. They started well and by half time winning by a few points. With 15 minutes left they lost two players injured and drifted from the game plan. This allowed Dunfermline to score three times, taking the game from Ellon, 22 43.
