Team selection gets ever harder as the youngsters all make big steps forward and show real improvements.
As a coach you want to have positive selection problems and it is a good problem to have when so many of this young side show their metal and determination to get a starting place.
It is all about squad and I am pleased to say all squad players are making good strides forward as they look forward to the trip to Orkney.
