Training and Perthshire

Training is on as usual this weekend, but remember that it's in Deer Park tomorrow.

Also on Sunday it's off to Perth for some rugby, this is a bus trip so be at the Meadows at 8:00AM with £7 match fees, boots, socks and gum shield. Healthy snacks and drinks for the trip down.
