It doesn't seem that long since the season finished, but Pre-Season training a commenced. It will 10 weeks long this season, this will allow for people to get sufficient training in in case they are away on a summer holiday etc. Training is 3 times a week and starts as listed and will be 90min long.
Tuesday's and Thursday's, 7pm @ Deer Park.
Saturday's, 10:30am @ Deer Park
