I nominate Gareth Kemp please. For his continued efforts at the club and for doing a training session with u14/u13 on Wednesday in the pouring rain then heading straight onto a 12 hour night shift!

I would like to nominate Kerry Pearce for club person of the month.

I nominate Judith Clark for all her hard work in organising the fun-day in aid of teenage cancer trust and for the patience she had in sorting memberships all with little Charlie in tow.

We wish to nomination Jacob Vavangas this month. He overcomes a great deal to play rugby and last Saturday I watched him score a try and the delight on his face made my day. He's always happy and cheery and he loves his rugby. He then went on to score another try on Thursday. The girls love training with him and want his efforts recognised.

My nomination is for Terri Brown Endless hours spent for the club, ladies day, cinema day, 40 th anniversary ball, junior secretary, charity trustee and a massive support to me settling into my committee role - she quietly gets on with things without any fuss

It’s difficult raising sponsorship, particularly when local companies are keeping the purse strings tight and particularly when the beneficiaries are middle-aged men trying to recapture their youth! However this nominee manged just that, getting a sponsor to by a new strip for the Golden Oldies or ‘Bears’ as they prefer to be know well done Liam McKinney
